Payment Policies
1. There are four types of fees:
REGISTRATION - Payable at enrollment.
TUITION - Families choose 1 of 2 pay plans which best fit their situation.
OPERATING FEE - Covers cost of PACE materials and other items such as some field trips taken , year book if issued, etc.
MISCELLANEOUS FEES - To be paid as stated by each fee.
2. By enrolling in CCA you have chosen to give the academy some of the responsibility in training your children. Remember that you have COMMITTED to support those that share your responsibility.
3. Most payments are due the first day of the month. Payments not made by 10 days past due are delinquent and a late fee of $20.00 per month will be added to the account.
4. If an account becomes more than 30 days past due, the children of that family may be excluded from attending classes and activities until the balance is paid.
5. As a convenience, all accounts should receive a statement of financial transactions monthly. However, this courtesy is not to be thought of as an invoice and fees are due on a timed basis whether a statement for a given month is received or not.
6. For families which enroll or withdraw after the school year begins, charges and fees will be prorated according to the actual number of days enrolled, figured on a 9-month tuition charge. Other conditions are as follows:
A) The registration fee is non-refundable after June 1st of the coming academic year.
B) Families will be charged for 75% of the unused PACES which have been purchased or ordered for any student which withdraws or is expelled during the school year. Other items purchased for the student’s use will be paid in full.
C) PACES and all academic materials are the property of the academy and are rented to the families.
D) All accounts must be paid in full for any academic credits to be officially recorded to transcripts.
E) One-week notice is required for copies of final records
