Parental Attendance
1) Every parent is expected to attend all of the extra-curricular functions in which their child participates. By enrolling in CCA, parents are COMMITTING themselves to attend those functions that are essential to communications:
a) The First Parent’s Meeting
b) Learning Center Training (parents new to ACE)
c) Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences at the end of the 1st and 3rd quarters.
d) Other special, informative, parent meetings as called by the administration throughout the year.
e) Graduation
f) Awards Night
2) Parents are reminded that by enrolling they have COMMITTED to support CCA by their participation in events that promote the school, such as fundraising and extra-curricular activities.
