Studies have shown that the greatest cause of learning disabilities is hyperactivity due to a diet of foods containing sugar and certain food colorings. To give your child the best possible advantage in learning, we suggest the following:
All Children should eat a good breakfast. (LOW sugar content.)
NO SOFT DRINKS allowed before lunch.
(THIS INCLUDES BEFORE SCHOOL)
Consider packing an extra fruit or wholesome treat.
Primary Classes...please pre-cut any snacks & lunch items. (example: apples already sliced, oranges already peeled, etc.)
