Enrollment Policy

1. OBTAIN GENERAL INFORMATION

2. CCA PRESENTATION
Both parents and the student(s) (grades five or above) are asked to join our INTRODUCTORY PRESENTATION. This session will acquaint the family with our personal application of the individualized curriculum philosophy and special emphasis that makes CCA’s ministry so outstanding. We conclude with a special “Question and Answer” time and dialogue with the administrator so that the family has a complete understanding of what we have to offer and what we require.

3. SECOND VISIT
A second visit may be requested by either the family or CCA to insure that there is a complete understanding of our program and that there is a solid indication that this is the best place for the student from all perspectives.

4. MUTAL DECISION OF ENROLLMENT
Please keep in mind that CCA is choosing its families just like you are choosing a Christian school. This is important to maintain the quality that you are looking for in a Christian education ministry. Enrollment of your family will be made a matter of prayer, and we will follow the Lord's leading as best we know how. You will be notified of your child’s acceptance to Cornerstone as soon as possible.

5. REGISTRATION
After your child has been accepted, parents should turn in all forms, the letter of recommendation from their pastor, and the proper fees to the School Financial Secretary.

6. STUDENT TESTING
This is a set of two 1/2-day sessions of testing for students enrolling in grades 2-12 and a one session of 30 minutes for 1st grade students.

7. PARENT ORIENTATION
Parent Orientation is a general meeting of all parents at the beginning of the year to acquaint families with each other and to inform them concerning times, new policies, events, etc.
